Born in Athens in 1978. She studied psychology and then completed her MSc in Human Resource Management at the University of Leeds in England.

She initially worked for a company that organized children’s and corporate activities. She holds a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Degree and worked as an English teacher until the summer of 2025. Since 2011, she has been actively involved in organizing charity events. She is a mother of two children.

As the wife of Lefteris Paraskevas, she shares his vision and supports the activities of The Love Van, while also working together on activities with children in the mountains.
